Steps
Cut the lettuce into shreds, add appropriate amount of salt and
marinate for a few minutes (the texture will be crisper). Chili
millet, cut the garlic cloves and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and chili, add shredded
lettuce, (rinse with water after marinating) and stir-fry
Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence,
and oyster sauce, stir-fry for 6 minutes
